Final hours by Adrienne Novak

Currently sitting at the Charlotte airport getting ready to board the plan for Ohio! Today has been a bittersweet day! It's sad leaving England since we had a blast but I can't wait to be home so I can sleep in my own bed and eat food I enjoy! This trip has been a success! It was my first time traveling abroad and it was a great first experience touring many places in England and getting to travel to Paris for the day. My favorite part of the trip was getting to ride the London eye, it was scary at first but it was worth it to see London from that view! I would definitely go back to London in a second now that I have mastered the public transportation system and think I can navigate around the city pretty well.

It is hard to believe that the trip is over, it feels like just yesterday I was getting ready to leave. I am glad to be home and visit with my friends and family, but at the same time I still wish I was in England. I had such an amazing 2 weeks with the class. It was good getting to know everyone and to make some new friends here at Otterbein. We did some pretty amazing things that I will never forget. My favorite part of the trip would have to be when we went to Bath, it is such an amazing town with so much history. Also, I really enjoyed having free days. I liked that we just got to explore on our own and that we could find new things to do. I am really going to miss being with everyone tonight!

Sitting on the plane in Charlotte heading home to columbus from our amazing trip! It's hard to believe its all over but I am glad to be going home. Yesterday Samantha and I went to Scotland which was beautiful! It was a long train ride 5 hours each way but it was a nice change from the busy streets of London. We saw endinburgh castle, a few churches, Scottish parliament, and a few other things. I am pretty tired already which isn't good because it is only 530. It will probably take a couple days to get used to the jet lag. Overall the trip was amazing. I loved everything that we did from the shows to the site seeing and the pubs. I would love to go back to England again!
